


Founded I-Net Communications Group plc in 2005, where he is currently the Chief Executive Officer. Eugene has over 20 year’s experience in the telecommunications industry and has founded and operated a number of successful telecoms businesses in the UK and overseas.
Has served in a number of senior technical positions in some the UK’s largest telecommunications operators, including BT, Cable & Wireless, Telecom1 and PNC Telecom. He joined I-Net Communications Group plc in 2005 as Technical Director, and has been primarily responsible for the design, development and commissioning of I-Net’s IP platform within BT’s 21st Century Network.
Co-founded Symphony Telecom Limited in 1996, prior to its sale to 365 Corporation plc when he became Finance Director of 365, raising over £70m of new equity on flotation. Martin was appointed CEO of Symphony following its listing on AIM in 2005. Following the sale of Symphony to Redstone for £17m, Martin stepped down in December 2006. Martin has an Engineering Degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
The co-founder of Symphony Telecom With over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications Mark led the Symphony management team as Managing Director which built Symphony from scratch to revenues of over £60m in its last financial year prior to its sale to Redstone Telecom in July 2006. Following its integration into the larger Redstone group, Mark left Symphony in January 2007.
